1.1. Aira Skin & Hair Care is a skincare brand operating through its website www.airaglow.in, offering skincare and personal care products for sale within India.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

2.1. All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

2.2. We make every effort to display product colours, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.

2.3. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2.4. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

3.1. Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

3.2. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product.

3.3. We accept payments through:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Net Banking
• Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (COD), where available

3.4. All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

3.5. If payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed. Any amount debited will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1. We ship across India. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

4.2. Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping.

4.3. Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro cities: 3-5 business days
• Other cities and towns: 5-7 business days
• Remote areas: 7-10 business days

4.4. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4.5. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

4.6. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by you.

5. ORDER CANCELLATION

5.1. You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at care@airaglow.in or calling 087966 41740.

5.2. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5.3. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incomplete or inaccurate order information

In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is available on our Site and forms an integral part of these Terms.
